Vegan Cookie Dough Smoothie

To say this smoothie is one of my favourites would be an understatement. My boyfriend and I have been enjoying this recipe for the past 3+ years, probably 3-4 times a week. This smoothie eats like a meal and tastes like cookie dough. Honestly, it's just so damn good. I highly recommend using Vega's Protein and Greens protein powder in Vanilla. I've tired using other vegan vanilla flavored protein powders and it just doesn't taste the same.


Vegan Cookie Dough Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients

2 cups non-dairy milk (we typically use almond milk)
2 scoops Vega vanilla protein powder
2 medium-sized bananas
1/4 cup quick rolled oats
2 tbsp PB2 or other powdered peanut butter
2 tbsp nut butter of choice (recommend almond, cashew or rainforest nut butters)
2 tbsp cacao nibs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 pitted medjool dates
1 1/2 cup of ice


Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blend and blitz until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
